Order/Delivery process
* Place your order online or WhatsApp your order to 074 339 1192.
* Processing - Not same day fulfillment, 2-4 business days to ship order - Order placed on Friday, fulfillment begins next business day (Monday) - Orders placed on weekends will be fulfilled from Tuesday.
What may affect the lead time
Loadshedding causes delays as we can not run our machines during loadshedding.
Out of stock products from our Suppliers, as this is beyond our control.
Completed orders
Once order have been completed you will get an e-mail or WhatsApp notification.
Courier 'We use "WeCourierIt'' as our courier number and a tracking number will be sent via e-mail or WhatsApp. Deliveries with courier will take 2-5 working days dependng on the area
Collections: As soon as your order is ready and you have been notified, you are welcome to collect at 16 Impala Street, Rynfield, Benoni. We are only open Monday to Fridays from 08:00 until 17:00. Should you wish to collect on a weekend, please make arrangements accordingly.
Should you wish to send your own courier, you are welcome to, but kindly forward the waybill to ensure that your parcel is given to the courier.
